I have been a loyal customer of Estates of Premium Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4809-RGK-4541) on May 4, 2017, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Estates of Premium Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
