Overcharged by Estates of Premium Inc. for service

I have been a loyal customer of Estates of Premium Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4809-RGK-4541) on May 4, 2017, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 09, 2025 05:15I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Estates of Premium Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
