Poor customer service experience with Estates of Premium Inc.

I have been a loyal customer of Estates of Premium Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8230-FNX-4076) on March 5, 2006, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
