I am writing regarding order #ORD-4935-QLO-1092 placed with The Craft Kitchen on August 27, 1996. I paid $903.85 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Manuel E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
