I am writing regarding order #ORD-5526-ECW-3938 placed with The Education Thinkers Kolkata on March 28, 1981. I paid $544.73 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Osvaldo D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that The Education Thinkers Kolkata has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $296.55 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $296.55 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
