I purchased a platform from Culinary Catering Group on December 30, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Daisha F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Culinary Catering Group finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
