I purchased a package from Culinary Catering Group on August 19, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elmore X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
