I want to report a serious concern with Kitchen & Foods's service that I purchased on July 16, 2021 from your West Alishaborough, Hawaii store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Emma N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Kitchen & Foods called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
