Legal, Legal & Chambers refused to address issue

I purchased a accessory from Legal, Legal & Chambers on January 17, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katrina C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
