I am writing regarding order #ORD-3635-LVL-2340 placed with United Engineering Associates on September 1, 2019. I paid $784.10 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mariana S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
