United Engineering Associates refused to address issue

On December 2, 2005, I signed up for United Engineering Associates's training session at their Port Marietta, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $136.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Paige J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
