I have been a loyal customer of Tech Logic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3106-ZQJ-2122) on August 14, 1974, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Tech Logic finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the grocery order, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
