I purchased a account from Tech Logic on January 21, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brandon C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Tech Logic finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the prepared meal, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
