I am writing regarding order #ORD-5788-VQF-2998 placed with Tech Logic on August 25, 1993. I paid $785.99 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Neoma C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
