Misleading advertising by Horizon Campus

I have been a loyal customer of Horizon Campus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9537-DHX-8879) on April 23, 2016, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
