Quality issues with ValueFinds Lucknow LLC product

I want to report a serious concern with ValueFinds Lucknow LLC's device that I purchased on June 20, 2023 from your Denesikchester, Massachusetts store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaia K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 05:12Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $181.49 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
