On January 23, 1970, I signed up for ValueFinds Lucknow LLC's customer support at their North Trystanville, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $289.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madisyn K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from ValueFinds Lucknow LLC, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my formal shoes. This is extremely frustrating.
