On September 24, 1988, I signed up for ValueFinds Lucknow LLC's troubleshooting service at their Port Bettie, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $564.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jacinthe D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and ValueFinds Lucknow LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
