I purchased a application from Living Partners on August 15, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Felicita O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
