I have been a loyal customer of Development & Solutions Omsk for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-5785-LTN-1053) on May 8, 1997, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
