Unsatisfactory resolution from Balance Path

I purchased a solution from Balance Path on May 19, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Johnathon D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 28, 2025 06:06I want to acknowledge that Balance Path has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $22.70 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $22.70 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
