I want to report a serious concern with Living Consultants Group's device that I purchased on January 22, 1995 from your West Peggie, Vermont store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Schuyler M., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 16, 2025 05:21I want to acknowledge that Living Consultants Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $295.82 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $295.82 for a kitchen knife set that never worked properly.
