I have been a loyal customer of Living Consultants Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2313-XDN-1348) on August 15, 1972, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
