I have been a loyal customer of Living Consultants Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2313-XDN-1348) on August 15, 1972, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Living Consultants Group. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the mattress I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
