Warranty claim denied by Living Consultants Group

I purchased a platform from Living Consultants Group on March 22, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Una V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 25, 2025 05:53Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $183.25 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
