Top Depot Co provided defective product

On January 25, 2020, I signed up for Top Depot Co's customer support at their North Bradyfort, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $36.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonny K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
