I want to report a serious concern with Top Depot Co's equipment that I purchased on August 6, 1988 from your East Idabury, Idaho store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Glenna I., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 23, 2025 05:14I want to acknowledge that Top Depot Co has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $212.20 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $212.20 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
