Frustrated with Top Depot Co's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Top Depot Co for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5518-ZBB-9913) on September 18, 2024, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
