I'm writing to complain about the consultation I received from Harmony Wellness. After paying $409.26 for product, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Darrick O., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 22, 2025 05:37Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $28.44 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
