I am writing regarding order #ORD-7853-NVH-5792 placed with Rights Practice, Practice on April 20, 2017. I paid $737.12 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Winston P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Rights Practice, Practice contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty coffee. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
