I purchased a product from Rights Practice, Practice on February 23, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maybelle C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 09, 2025 05:42I've received an email from Michael Williams at Rights Practice, Practice offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The catering service was clearly defective from the start.
