I purchased a application from WareCloud on April 16, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eusebio Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from WareCloud not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
