I purchased a package from Study Institute of Success LLC on February 20, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jacynthe Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Study Institute of Success LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
