I am writing regarding order #ORD-9951-ETY-8981 placed with StudyAcademy on December 7, 1995. I paid $917.14 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hadley X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because StudyAcademy finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
