I have been a loyal customer of StudyAcademy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-5982-AVT-3114) on July 14, 1991, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding StudyAcademy. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the fitness tracker I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
