Billing dispute with Advanced Wellness

On September 2, 2005, I signed up for Advanced Wellness's consultation at their South Kiannamouth, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $493.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reese K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 08, 2025 05:52After speaking with Thomas Lee from the Customer Experience at Advanced Wellness, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
