I want to report a serious concern with Kitchen Creations's service that I purchased on April 15, 1981 from your South Eleanoraborough, Montana store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arthur Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
