I have been a loyal customer of Academic Thinkers of Academy Puebla LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7454-GGW-8805) on December 7, 2008, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Academic Thinkers of Academy Puebla LLC contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
