I want to report a serious concern with Medical Center's unit that I purchased on May 26, 1996 from your North Alexandria, Arkansas store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Florian Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 02, 2025 05:26I want to acknowledge that Medical Center has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $453.10 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $453.10 for a laptop that never worked properly.
