I have been a loyal customer of Medical Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3488-VIR-9567) on June 9, 2011, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
