I have been a loyal customer of Medical Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3488-VIR-9567) on June 9, 2011, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Elizabeth Hall from the Customer Experience at Medical Center, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
