Delayed delivery from Quality Works

I purchased a plan from Quality Works on November 12, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bethany M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
