I have been a loyal customer of WebBot Technologies for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6381-COE-2817) on September 1, 1976, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because WebBot Technologies finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
