I purchased a gadget from Tech Tech Kazan International on September 20, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Magdalena U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Tech Tech Kazan International called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
