I want to report a serious concern with Tech Tech Kazan International's unit that I purchased on April 16, 2015 from your Lake Peggie, Kansas store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cecile U., but my issue remains unresolved.
