Quality issues with Tech Tech Kazan International product

I want to report a serious concern with Tech Tech Kazan International's plan that I purchased on March 19, 1996 from your South Enrique, Oklahoma store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Theresia K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from Tech Tech Kazan International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
