On January 25, 1974, I signed up for Therapy Group Ltd.'s upgrade service at their Cleofurt, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $827.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maya V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
