I purchased a service from Total Professionals on August 2, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Estevan N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Total Professionals has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their training session.
