I want to report a serious concern with Total Professionals's product that I purchased on September 2, 2020 from your Lueilwitzside, South Dakota store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Griffin S., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:48Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $482.84 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
