I want to report a serious concern with Total Professionals's product that I purchased on August 25, 2015 from your Fadelburgh, Utah store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dillan Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
