On May 19, 2024, I signed up for Supply & Group Umm Al Quwain International's upgrade service at their North Mason, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $375.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abbie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
