Supply & Group Umm Al Quwain International refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9507-PEQ-8548 placed with Supply & Group Umm Al Quwain International on January 27, 1993. I paid $615.14 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Parker U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 20, 2025 06:03The situation with Supply & Group Umm Al Quwain International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the premium account, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-CA6D6B46 multiple times.
