I have been a loyal customer of Medical Institute Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3601-JGW-5190) on January 19, 1999, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
